Your questions

CPR-C + AED FAQ

Common questions about resuscitation certification and levels.

Does this course satisfy Nova Scotia workplace First Aid requirements?
No. Standalone CPR-C + AED courses do not meet standard First Aid requirements for most workplaces because they do not cover wound care, splinting, bleeding control, or other First Aid topics. If your employer requires workplace First Aid certification, you should book Basic First Aid (Emergency) or Intermediate First Aid (Standard) instead.
Who is CPR level C for?
CPR level C covers resuscitation and choking relief techniques for adults, children, and infants. It is the standard level required by many colleges, professional boards, and employers, including fitness trainers, early childhood educators, massage therapists, and security personnel.
Do you offer BLS for Healthcare (HCP) instead of CPR-C?
Yes. If you are a nurse, paramedic, firefighter, or dental professional, you may require BLS for Healthcare (HCP) instead of CPR-C. We offer BLS courses separately. Please confirm your specific workplace requirements before booking.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
You can reschedule or cancel for a full refund up to **48 hours** before your course starts using the direct self-serve link in your confirmation email. Within 48 hours, please email us directly at team@braveheartfirstaid.com for assistance.
